1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations & Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation
- The remaining balance is due upon check-in
- We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
- Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and fees
3. Cancellation Policy
- 7+ days before arrival: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 3-6 days before arrival: 50% refund
- Less than 3 days or no-show: No refund
- Modifications are subject to availability and rate differences
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out may incur additional charges
- Valid ID required at check-in for all adult guests
5. Guest Conduct
Guests agree to:
- Respect other guests and staff
- Comply with all local laws and regulations
- Not engage in illegal activities on the premises
- Keep noise to reasonable levels, especially after 10:00 PM
- Not smoke in designated non-smoking areas
6. Damage & Liability
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property during their stay
- We reserve the right to charge for damages to the credit card on file
- We are not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings
- Guests use amenities (pool, beach, spa) at their own risk
7. Children & Pets
- Children of all ages are welcome
- Children must be supervised at all times
- Pets are not permitted on the property
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government actions. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide credit for future stays.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by T&T Beach House and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago. We encourage guests to contact us directly to resolve any issues before pursuing legal action.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
